NOTE ON PREPRUCHASED PLAY PASSES:
Passes purchased within the last year can be refunded for a total of the unused portion of the card when card and proof of purchase are provided in person until February 28th 2026.
The unused portion of passes that were purchased prior to February 2025 can be applied as a credit towards parties, events, preschool or camps.
BOGO Free cards are only worth the value of the PAID card. Cards or classes given for FREE do not carry any monetary value and by law are not required to be part of the refunded amount.
